Connect4 is a project, created to support the transition to a digital support service for our 4 social hubs based across Staffordshire and Wolverhampton and aims to reduce social and digital isolation for people living in Cannock, Stafford, Stoke on Trent and Wolverhampton.

Social Hubs are a place to gather, learn and develop, on an individual and community level. The Social Hub Team are here to support your mental health and well-being journey through structured workshops and support groups and our digital volunteers are here to support you by running workshops on a variety of topics including crafting, drawing, DIY and meditation.
We want to encourage participants to try new things, stay connected with people, form new friendships and support networks.
Just because you are isolated doesn’t mean you’re alone.

Connect4 offer a variety of support packages. From assisting with tech set-up, learning how to use a device, navigating the internet and how to use the internet safely.
We will be creating a digital village which will run 24/7, filled with resources, workshops and support to help anyone.

The Connect4 Team work remotely, but do have a physical office base through the Stafford Social Hub.

If you would like to join our mailing list, learn more about the service or find out how to volunteer, please email us here

Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults

A vulnerable adult is a person aged 18 years or over who may be unable to take care of themselves, protect themselves from abuse or from being exploited. They could be vulnerable because they are old and frail, or have a sensory impairment, a disability, a mental health problem, or have some form of illness. Abuse can happen in many ways. It can be physical, verbal, sexual, financial, neglect, discrimination or institutional.  In an emergency or where there is severe risk you should inform the First Response Team (FRT) -  0800 131 3126. If it appears that a criminal offence has taken place, the police should be informed immediately on 999.
